Sales and Marketing Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities, especially in tracking new markets and emerging trends, promote innovative products to market and provide excellent service to clients
• Formulate and implement effective sales & marketing and business development strategies to improve both revenues and margins
• Prepare sales and marketing materials and presentations to pitch business
• Plan & conduct marketing campaign events, products promotion, exhibitions and promotion booths & etc.
• Provide sales analysis, reports and sales plan for management regularly
• Use strong sales techniques and strategy to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and related KPI
• Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.
• Take up ad-hoc assignments and duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in business related discipline
• At least 10 years of working experience in consumer electronic sector and holding a senior management position
• Sales and marketing experience and strong in using sales techniques and strategy
• Self-starter and aggressive in business development
• Excellent in presentation and communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work in EU and USA time zones
• Occasional travel overseas is required
