Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a leading OEM manufacturer of handbag components for worldwide luxury brands.  Our head office is based in Hong Kong, but we have factories which are based in Shenzhen and in Dongguan.  We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy, Sales and Marketing Manager:

• Support and report to Sales Director and Managing Director in marketing and customer expansion initiative, including customer visit worldwide. Focusing on achieving sales and development target
• Working with the factory process teams in new product development opportunity
• Work closely with customer in terms of new technology development and business strategy.
• Active participation during new product launching phase with the internal engineering team
• Participate in commercial process with the aid of the quality team in case of customer claim
• Conduct in-depth marketing investigation and formulate sales and product development initiative with detailed plan of execution
• Responsible for providing excellent marketing and customer services, order &　production follow-up and

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing field
• Strong commitment, with a positive, proactive and getting-the-job-done mentality.
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Leadership ability in leading team member to achieve business excellence
• Resilient, proactive, professional, getting-the-job-done mentality
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Fluency speaking in English with some understanding of French
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing  (Shenzhen Stationed)
