Sales and Marketing Officer / Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and activities for property projects
• Coordinate with project teams and consultants on development scheme and layout design
• Handle sales and marketing materials design and production e.g. Sales Brochure, Promotion Video, Banner etc.
• Implement media strategies via multiple online and offline platforms
• Liaise, develop and maintain relationships with business associate such as advertising agencies and production house to strive for the successful sales launch
• Liaise with property agents to achieve sales target
• Prepare budget & forecast and conduct market studies & analysis on property industry

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 1-2 years' relevant working experience in property sales & marketing especially in property developer is highly preferred
• Familiar with First-hand Sales Ordinance
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
