Sales Coordinator

The Work

• Manage daily sales operations including order processing, inventory, logistics planning
• Provide sales support to sales team including following up sales orders, delivery and shipments
• Arrange shipments with factories in China
• Manage inventory in Hong Kong office
• Prepare invoice / packing list / shipping documents, experience in shipping is an advantage
• Provide secretarial support to Directors
• Prepare and coordinate exhibitions, marketing events and marketing activities
• Office administration

The Person

• Degree or Diploma in business, logistic management, sales and marketing
• 3 years work experience (sales admin preferred)
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Multi-tasking, detailed minded and organized
• Proficient in accounting or ERP software is an advantage
