Sales Development Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
• Responsible for key accounts management including HA hospitals, private hospitals and medical groups
• Oversee daily functions such as submitting bids, pricing, as well as introducing new products to hospitals and key accounts
• Co-ordinate with various departments and external parties to ensure smooth and successful implementation of the business projects
• Gather and report market intelligence and maintain a thorough knowledge of customer’s usage and competitors’ products and activities
• Handle customers enquiries and prepare reply to key customers including HA
• Lead or support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Pharmacy/ Life science/Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in sales and marketing /project management in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry
• Solid experience in government sector is strongly preferred
• Good networking with healthcare professionals
• Possess entrepreneurship with strong financial and analytical skills
• Creative, positive, self-motivated and well-organized
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and work within tight schedules
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
