Job Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Macau customers. Manage customer’s enquiries by phone, email and/or live chat.
- Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and to drive business by promoting our products / IT Solutions. Provide strategic and consultative advice to help customers get the best return on their advertising investment and/or solve technical challenges for customers.
- High diploma or above (prefer IT Technology)
- Must be Macau citizens
- Experience in sales, marketing, consulting or customer support will be an advantage
- Achieve assigned Sales target
- Knowledge of IT equipment is preferable
- Good computer skill especially MS office (PPT, Xls and Outlook)
- Proactive, independent worker with the capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
- Proficient in Cantonese and Putonghua
- Mon- Fri 9am-6pm, Govt Holiday
