Sales Manager / Assistant Merchandising Manager – Toys

We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Toys Sales Manager at our company. As a leading provider of quality toys worldwide, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual with a proven track record in the North American market and online business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the toy industry, with a deep understanding of both the North and South American markets. Familiarity with current industry trends, the ability to identify new opportunities, and a passion for exceptional customer service are essential.

Being as an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our Product Development and Design Team to ensure our product offerings meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirement:
 

• A Degree / Tertiary Education is Preferable
• At least 10 years of working experience in the Toys Industry
• Fluent Spoken and Written English with good communication skill in Mandarin
• Overseas and PRC Travel is required
• Strong and solid experience in the USA Toys Market and knowledgeable at the On-Line Business such as Amazon.com and other e-commerce business
• Must be innovative, self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and independent
• Immediate available is an advantage

Responsibility:

 

• Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth
• Identify new opportunities and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Work closely with Product Development and Design Team to create / review product brief and launch a strategic planning
• Work closely with the Sales Administrative, QC, Production and Shipping team to ensure all the shipment are effected in time.
• Ensure the product offerings meet the needs and expectation of our customer
• Remarks: Candidates with less experience will be considered as Merchandiser
