Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes, including order placement, payment/credit management, and delivery coordination;
• Prepare quarterly key sales objectives to achieve assigned sales targets;
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably related to IT;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT retail channels field;
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skill;
• Self-motivated, aggressive and results-driven;
• Able to work well under pressure and independently;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
