Sales & Marketing Executive (Beauty)

What you'll do:

• Develop and liaise with production houses/agencies on visual merchandising and marketing collaterals e.g. press releases, brochures, seasonal light box, in-store décor, content and images for digital platforms and social media, to enhance brand image
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities to raise brand awareness across traditional, digital medial platforms and social media, and to increase store traffic and customer engagement
• Prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review
• Manage sales team and daily retail operations
• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target
• Explore creative promotion and activities to maximize sales profits

 We will be a good match if you:

• Degree holder preferable in Marketing/Communications or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of retail sales & marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics field
• Less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Assistant
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Japanese N2 or above is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Proactive, detail-oriented, creative, strong organizational skills with can-do and willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with a positive working attitude
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
