Sales & Marketing Executive/ Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (E-commerce)

Your Responsibilities:

- Generation of new business leads, through outreach to prospective clients and market  research

- To achieve monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies

- Responsible for driving sales on HKTVMALL, facebook, instagram and other online platforms   

- To process inquiries and orders in an accurate manner

- Identify opportunities for CRM program to build customer loyalty and repeat purchase

- Manage order processing cycle with other departments

- Prepare reports, and insight for impression and conversion improvement

- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

We are looking for: 

- Interested in E-commerce and digital marketing

- Responsible, detail-minded, outgoing with excellent service manner

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command of both Chinese and English

• 2 years’ experience in sales / marketing
