Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, both online and offline.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing and PR campaigns.
• Conduct pre-event research and manage onsite logistics for successful event execution.
• Use analytics and competitive analysis to optimize campaign strategies.
• Design and create visual content aligned with the brand's identity.
• Develop marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, and videos.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and press to maximize coverage and support brand promotion.
• Monitor social media inquiries, identify trends, and provide guidelines to front-line colleagues to enhance member service quality.
• Collaborate with cross teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, ecommerce, and content channels.
• Analyze KPIs, such as traffic, follower growth, and engagement rates, to improve campaign effectiveness and member service.
• Support daily operations, perform clerical tasks, and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:
Post-secondary qualification in marketing, E-commerce, journalism, communications, or a related discipline
Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Good art sense for brand and marketing materials
Sensitive to the market trend with strong online marketing sense

Results-oriented with the ability to identify forward-thinking techniques to achieve revenue goals

Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Working time: 09:30 am – 06:30 pm

Working location: Ngau Tau Kok (near MTR)
