Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing effective product strategies, and expanding our business both online and offline across B2B and B2C markets on a global presence. The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in translating technical information into engaging sales and marketing language, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our sales and marketing team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and budgets to expand our customer base and improve brand awareness in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Create product positioning and messaging that resonate with target customers, enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a culture of teamwork by encouraging open communication, idea-sharing, and collaboration among team members.
- Translate complex technical information into comprehensible marketing materials and sales pitches to influence customers effectively.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our nanotechnology products.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust budget and strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and customers.
- Prepare reports on sales & marketing performance with analysis and insights for future strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in similar roles, preferably in the technology or nanotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging manner.
- Experience in digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an open-minded approach to innovation and ideas.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and a drive for success.
