Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer quotations, contracts, Invoices, delivery notes & tender documents.
  • Assist with product inquiries, procurement and follow-up.
  • Handle import/export declarations as needed.
  • Arrange transportation and delivery logistics.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth service to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and service teams.
  • Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proactive, independent, and a good team player.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Capable of Chinese word processing.
    • Fair command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
