Sales Operation

Job Description:

• Provide support for overseas sales orders, monitor and follow up on order progress and execution.
• Receive overseas customer orders, provide quotations, contracts, delivery tracking, shipping arrangements, and other order-related services, as well as manage related documentation.
• Promptly address and follow up on customer feedback issues, maintaining customer relationships.
• Compile sales data, handle and analyze sales data on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Clear articulation, good language expression and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis, logical thinking and learning ability, and require to be conscientious, careful and responsible.
