职位描述

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in the baby care sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP system, e.g. SAP / Business Central / CRM
  • Analyze sales data
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to track sales performance and key metrics
  • Close work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success and operations, to align strategies and improve overall business performance

Requirement:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Understanding of baby care products

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
