Job Description
Who are we?
We are an expanding FMCG company with headquarter in Japan and other sister companies in Asia focusing at personal and household categories. We are now looking for a candidate with concrete and strong experience in sales management to support the sustained growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & evaluate all sales related display / promotion activities.
- Responsible for customer management, to establish & maintain strong & close, long-term customer relationship with store operation level.
- Stay close with the market & stores operations in order to collect market intelligence, such as the market dynamics and competitor move…etc for identifying new business opportunity.
- Handle daily sales operations including order follow-up, invoicing, delivery and logistic arrangement.
- Provide merchandising support for assigned stores.
- Assist Sales Manager to carry out effective sales forecasting & monitor stable stock availability.
- Work & cooperate with various departments to fasten our competitiveness in operation.
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 4-6 years’ sales experience with solid trade relationships and networks in FMCG industry, experience in Japanese Department Stores is preferred.
- Strong market sense and awareness.
- Excellent in customer relationship management & interpersonal skills & problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong mindset to drive sales and achieve assigned target.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in PC operations & Microsoft applications.
