About Hosoda:

Founded in 1971. Hosoda HK is a Trading Company and headquarters in Osaka, Japan. We are doing import, export and local sales of electrical/electronics parts, construction materials, machinery equipment, lighting, export of Chinese-made home appliances and supplements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Sales support to sales team including handling customer enquiries and follow up sales orders.
• Handling of Client's enquiries, preparing sales quotations.
• Contact with customer/vendors through email and phone call for purchase order and arrange shipment & delivery.
• Visit potential customers and establish relationships to grow new client base.
• Aggress and individual working for cold calling business.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• To collect market intelligence, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities, expand client base and create new accounts to achieve sales target.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2-3 years or above working experience in import/export business.
• Good command in written & spoken English & Mandarin, Japanese is advantage.
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing.
• Well-organized, independent and reliable.
• Well-tasking, details minded and good team spirit.
• Willing to work outside, travel to China & Overseas.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
