KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update client set up sheets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through effective inquiry resolution, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates on products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales representatives to support the sales operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Sales Pipeline, including lead, prospect, and opportunity data to support effective sales strategies.
- Update and verify the client contact list to ensure the accuracy and compliance in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock monitoring, sales performance, and forecasting to provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc B2B sales related projects including market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback surveys, and the development of targeted sales materials.
- Summarize key discussion points and action items during sales meetings, providing a clear outline of discussions and follow-up responsibilities for team members.
- Provide secretarial support to the Commercial Director JAPAC & MEA.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline is required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential.
- Comfortable and proficient in communicating with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of drive, enthusiasm, and commitment.
- A strong understanding of sales processes, demonstrating commercial sense, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Availability to work night shifts as required.
