Senior Account Manager / Account Manager

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients
• Prepare budget summary and follow through project campaigns
• Manage campaign deliverables and coordinate with the creative team to implement innovative campaigns
• Achieve campaign objectives through close monitoring and frequent optimizations
• Prepare strategic pitch for new business
• Answer customer inquiries and provide quality account servicing
• Maintain a close and engaging relationship with existing clients
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, advertising, marketing, project management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the advertising and digital marketing industry
• Proficient in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools.
• Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive, customer service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of Chinese and English (both written and oral)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive
