Senior Accountant

Business of the Company:

China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited is an investment holding company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Group is principally engaged in the business of design and sale of integrated circuit chips in the PRC.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statement, announcement, interim report, annual report and circular
• Handle tax affairs of the Hong Kong representative office
• Assist in general administration and HR duties
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, HKICPA finalist or equivalent
• At least 4 years of auditing experience in CPA firm with exposure in Hong Kong listed company
• Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Competent in English and Putonghua
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
