- 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including English or equivalent
- LCC intermediate accounting
- 2-3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in estate management companies or related industry
- To handle full sets of building management fund accounts
- To generate debit notes / reminders / receipts from billing system
- To upload and update management fee and license fee settlement in billing system
- To check carpark daily reports, prepare GL receipts and compile monthly reports
- To prepare vouchers and cheques
- To prepare income & expenditure reports, audited accounts and property tax schedules
- To conduct site audit
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Oracle system an added advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
