Senior Administrator

• 2-3 years relevant experience in a customer service role
• Good organisational skills
• Experience of working in an administrative role within the education sector

IMS is seeking an excellent candidate to provide day-to-day office administrative support and operational functions to the organisation in a timely and efficient manner.

Our Senior Administrator must have the following skills/qualifications:

Good interpersonal skills providing effective communication with teachers, parents, and students

High level of customer service orientation, preferably with at least 2-3 years relevant experience in a customer service role

Good organisational skills, being able to work effectively with internal and external parties

Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluency in both written and verbal English is essential (Mandarin is a plus)

Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps) 

Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a good team player with a positive attitude, having a strong sense of responsibility and ethics

Experience of working in an administrative role within the education sector is desirable 

Willingness to show flexibility in roles and expectations in line with a vibrant school environment 

Previous examples of leadership experience an advantage
