Senior Analyst Programmer / System Analyst

We're expanding our IT team and seeking a strong development experienced IT professional. The role will be responsible for agreeing, implementing, reviewing, managing, and maintaining common approaches for Software Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of application development experience
• Strong insurance knowledge, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership experience. Proven track records in managing regional-based Front-end & CRM systems, preferably experiences in implementing IT systems/projects to multiple BUs.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Excellent coding skills with a solid foundation in Java and Sprint Boot
• Experience in ReactJS, NodeJS and Typescript is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud-based solution, including microservices architecture, event-driven architecture and cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment
• Knowledge of RESTful API, authentication technology and SDLC process
• Knowledge of database design, MSSQL and NOSQL, and software design patterns
• Experience in working with vendor and checking the quality of vendor’s deliverable
• Create detailed documentation, including specifications and designs materials
• Keen interest in working with a variety of latest technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English

Candidates with lower experience would be considered as Senior AP.
