Senior Consultant - Internal Audit / Risk Advisory

BAKER TILLY HONG KONG is looking for a senior consultant who will work at one of our operating units, BT CORPORATE GOVERNANCE LIMITED (“BTCGL”). BTCGL is one of the largest and most active internal control consultancy firms in the Hong Kong capital market and specializes in providing a wide range of consultancy services, e.g. risk advisory, internal control, compliance advisory, financial due diligence, IT system review, ESG reporting, and forensic accounting, etc. to its clients, including IPO listing candidates and listed companies, in a highly diversified client portfolio of different industry exposures.

Due to its rapid business expansion and development, it is looking for ambitious high calibre candidates to help achieve its business development targets.

Senior Consultant - Internal Audit / Risk Advisory

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accountancy, Business Administration or Corporate Governance
• Qualified professionals (CPA / ACCA / CIA / CISA etc.)is preferred
• Around 3 - 5 years of external audit / risk assessment / internal control review / financial investigation / financial valuation experience
• Exposure in conducting risk assessment and system-based internal control reviews over listed companies / MNCs
• Previous financial institution (F.I. – e.g. securities broking, bank, etc.), Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) and Sarbanes Oxley 404 / corporate governance compliance review experience preferred
• Good written presentation skills in both English and Chinese essential
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
• Willing to travel and ability to work diligently under pressure
