Job Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing the customer database to identify the target segment for developing CRM programs and customer journeys.
- Assist in content development and execution of direct marketing (eDM, SMS, MMS, Whatsapp, Chatbot, Retargeting social media ad).
- Support in evaluating the performance of acquisition, customer engagement, and CRM sales to produce reports on consumer insights and assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Responsible for monitoring touchpoint channel's effectiveness, staying abreast of feature updates, improving operational efficiency.
- Aid in managing CRM projects, encompassing project planning, organization, quality control, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to implement CRM initiatives.
- Assist in CRM operations, including customer data entry.
- Support the development and execution of CRM acquisition programs aimed at improving customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Provide assistance with CRM and Brand reporting.
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above / Degree holder
- 2-3 years office working experience (less experience will be considered as CRM executive)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and can work as a team
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and expertise in utilizing CRM system and marketing automation system.
- PC application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
- Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
