(Senior) Customer Officer, Travel and Lifestyle Services

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Your role

• Answering incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers and assisting with various requests such as travel recommendations, hotel /dining reservations, golf bookings and mobile services
• Ensuring a pleasant customer experience by providing accurate and timely information
• Logging all customer inquiries in the system clearly and concisely and following up on any outstanding issues or inquiries within the agreed-upon timeframes
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to team lead or management promptly
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Shift duty is required

 
To succeed in this role

• HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the customer service field, work experience in travel industry is preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Knowledge of common PC software applications
• Keen interest in lifestyle living & demonstrating commitment to customer support 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Senior position
