Job Responsibilities:
- Answer professionally enquiries from parents, students and referring agencies
- Provide seamless solutions and services to help students succeed in their education choices
- Follow up with a defined student base to enhance continuous service and new education needs
- Prepare reports related to student recruitments
- Assist in ad hoc projects for the school
Essential Qualities
- Bachelor or above with minimum 3 years of working experience in the customer service field
- Sales experience is preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Possess problem-solving skills and good listening skills to provide seamless and professional education solutions and services
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A good team player and good interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
