Senior Digital Growth Manager/ Digital Growth Manager

FIMMICK is seeking a visionary Manager to lead our Digital Growth team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our clients' digital growth through the development and execution of innovative, data-driven strategies that encompass traffic acquisition, AI-powered content, conversion rate optimization, and new digital frontiers.

What YOU'll do:

Strategic Leadership:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and execution of comprehensive digital growth and conversion strategies
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital initiatives

Traffic Acquisition and Conversion Optimization:

• Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel traffic acquisition strategies, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media
• Drive the implementation of conversion rate optimization initiatives, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, and chatbot enhancements
• Utilize FIMMICK's proprietary MarTech and media products to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI

AI-Powered Content Strategy:

• Provide strategic guidance for the application of AI technology in content creation, SEO, and creators alignment
• Ensure the implementation of data-driven feedback loops to continuously improve content performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content strategies align with overall brand objectives and client goals

New Digital Frontiers:

• Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the digital landscape
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the development and testing of new digital initiatives
• Stay at the forefront of digital trends and technologies, serving as a thought leader and providing strategic insights to the organization

What YOU'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful digital growth and conversion strategies
• Extensive knowledge of traffic acquisition channels, conversion rate optimization techniques, and AI applications in marketing
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of digital marketing professionals
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across the organization
• Passion for staying at the cutting edge of digital trends and technologies
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
