Senior Executive Officer

Communications and Public Relations Office   

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationship with existing stakeholders including donors, sponsors and stakeholders;
• Record the donations received and maintain regular communications with internal and external parties to trace progress and achievement of various donation projects;
• Complete annual donation reports and special donation booklet (as necessary);
• Support administration tasks related to public relations management, outreach activities, promotional events as directed by the office head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferable in the field of public relations, marketing, event management, etc.;
• Experience with handling donor/ sponsor relationship is an advantage;
• Professional communication skills;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
