Job Description:
Financial:
- Responsible preparing, collecting and follow-up with monthly school fees; and other school related payments and or refund;
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all payment records for school fees and events are accurately maintained and updated in the school's financial system;
- Communicate with Parents: Regularly communicate with parents regarding payment deadlines, outstanding fees, and any changes to payment procedures;
- Generate Reports: Prepare monthly reports on collected fees and outstanding payments to assist in financial planning and transparency;
- Address Payment Queries: Respond to inquiries from parents regarding payment issues or concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions;
- Organize Payment Reminders: Develop and send reminders for upcoming payment deadlines to ensure timely fee collection;
Admin:
- Coordinate Lunch Menus: Collaborate with the lunch provider to develop and distribute monthly lunch menus to students and parents.
- Manage Lunch Orders: Oversee the collection and organization of lunch orders from students, ensuring timely submission to the lunch provider.
- Monitor Lunch Service: Assist in monitoring the lunch service to ensure quality and address any issues that may arise during meal times.
- Maintain Teacher Attendance Records: Keep accurate records of teacher absences and ensure proper communication with relevant staff regarding cover arrangements.
- Assist with Staff Scheduling: Help coordinate substitute teachers or temporary covers based on the needs of the school and the availability of staff.
- Provide General Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks in the general office, including filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries.
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent;
- With at least 2 years of related working experience, experience working in the education sector is plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in Chinese Word Processing and English typing;
- Good command of written English and Chinese;
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and good organization skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
