Job Description

As a senior member of the company HR and Administration team, you will directly report to senior management and act as the key member to provide strategic HR advice and administration for the company business growth.  You will be responsible for overseeing the HR and administration functions across the company to ensure successful execution of the company HR strategies and policies.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide full spectrum of professional human resources services including compensation and benefits (personnel filing and HR record, payroll, MPF, tax return and attendance records), talent acquisition and retention, performance management, training, succession planning, staff movement and relations
  • Ensure successful development and implementation of company policies and procedures to enhance people management and to support business objectives of the company
  • Manage annual HR projects including budget preparation, performance management, market salary survey and benchmarking for annual salary review, etc
  • Compile HR-related reports and statistics for management review
  • Oversee company general admin matters in a systematic and cost-effective manner. These admin matters include procurement and purchase of office admin supplies, printing & stationaries, company vehicles insurance and license, office maintenance and renovation, etc. 
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Advanced diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 6-7 years or above solid experience in full spectrum of HR and admin functions and have experience in managing a small team 
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other related regulations;
  • Strong experience in employee attendance, leave and payroll administration;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Proactive, multi-tasking, self-motivated and detailed oriented;
  • Ability to learn quickly.  Agile and meticulous;
  • Ability to set and meet target and timeline;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
