職位描述 About the Role

PwC被委聘為香港特別行政區政府重點項目計劃之一的代理人， 協助推行計劃。

PwC is appointed as a Processing Agent for implementation of one of the key HKSAR Government Projects.

職責 Responsibilities

一般資訊科技支援工作;

To provide general IT service support;

提供資訊科技技術支援和故障排除, 處理用戶關於資訊科技的查詢;

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for users.

安裝、維護軟硬件

To handle hardware and software support on laptop, desktop, and smart device products, etc. in a timely manner

職位要求 Requirements

大專或以上電腦相關專業學歷;

Higher Diploma or above in Computer related disciplines.

至少5年IT支援經驗;

Minimum 5 years relevant service support experience in IT industry.

精通 Microsoft Windows OS、O365、Outlook、Sharepoint 和 Apple iOS 支援;

Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, O365, Outlook, Sharepoint and Apple iOS support.

對筆記型電腦、桌上型電腦、智慧型裝置等產品, 具有技術和硬體支援經驗;

Strong technical skills and experience of hardware support on laptop, desktop, and smart device products, etc.

積極主動，平易近人，注重服務;

Customer-focused, proactive and approachable with a service-oriented manner.

良好抗壓能力;

Ability to work under pressure, willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines.

優秀的人際溝通和溝通技巧;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

良好英語、粵語和普通話;

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

經驗較少者有機會考慮擔任資訊科技支援專員

Candidate with less experience could be considered as IT Service Support Specialist.
