Senior Leasing Officer / Officer – Store Development & Planning

Reporting to the Head of Store Development & Planning, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting leasing project and working with project team in the construction management of retail stores across Hong Kong & Macau.

What you do:

• Maintain a good relationship with local authorities, developers, agents, contractors and other business contacts, and conduct market research.
• Search, identify and recommend potential site according to the requirement of strategic site plan for the expansion of store network.
• Maintain leasing data base, regular reports and relation documentation
• Support general leasing matters including lease negotiation, tenancy agreement reviews and related administration
• Work with Project team to coordinate on maintenance and consolidation interior design, which includes project planning, cost control and onsite supervision to ensure the store opening, renovation or development projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports to keep track of the status of various projects and condition of shops.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure design approvals including negotiation on the landlord's technical provisions to match with the brand’s requirement
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments

Who you are:

• Degree holder of Property/Facilities Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, Building Services or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience with in-house experience in retail brands is a MUST.  Experience with property developers, estate agents or other related parties is preferred.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Occasional traveling if needed
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
