Senior Manager - ERP

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role leading a team of functional and technical professionals, including implementation vendors, to enhance asset management capabilities while ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and take ownership of the analysis, design, implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance of information systems, ensuring operational excellence in assigned areas.
- Act as the project and service delivery manager, establishing work priorities and managing budgets to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Engage with internal stakeholders at various levels to align technology solutions with business requirements and promote innovation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, liaising effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and issues within the scope of work.
- Oversee system testing and quality control processes, coordinating problem-solving efforts and conflict resolution related to hardware, software, and programs.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) management team and support planned deployments and maintenance activities post-implementation.
- Review, recommend, and evaluate IT solutions while participating in the preparation of departmental budgets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant project experience, including at least 7 years in project management, package solution architecture, or deployment management.
- Demonstrated success in implementing large-scale transformation projects within major enterprises.

- Logical and analytical thinking skills
- Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage).
