Due to expansion, we are seeking a high caliber professional to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for vetting and coordination of R&D projects and programs;
• Organize and provide executive support to the technology committee and panel meetings;
• Strategical and insightful contribution to achieve LSCM objectives by delivering program and project management services across R&D projects;
• Oversee all projects to ensure the accomplishment of project goals within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters;
• Handle fund and sponsorship-related tasks for all projects;
• Monitor closely the KPI achievements on regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of projects management experience with proven record in managing multiple technology-related projects in a cross-functional environment;
• Tertiary qualification(s) with a degree in Business Administration, Computing or Information Technology-related discipline;
• At least 5 years of proven work experience in public sector(s), NGOs or semi-governmental bodies;
• Demonstrated ability on secretariat support in business letters and report writing;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Good presentation skills and capable of explaining technical information in a persuasive way;
• Good leadership skills for leading a small team;
• Proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing.

We offer attractive remuneration package, a 5-day work week, group medical insurance coverage and a 2-year renewable contract to the right candidate.
