Senior Manager, Retail Leasing

Your key responsibilities

• Carry out overall leasing functions to maximize tenant turnover and rental value of assigned buildings
• Formulate and implement end-to-end leasing strategy in response to market changes
• Negotiate lease terms, review lease agreements, and manage tenancy administration
• Conduct market research, market trend forecast and rental indication
• Maintain partnerships with key tenants and explore new clients through business connection

Your profile

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of solid experience in leasing management mainly gained in retail portfolio in Hong Kong
• Previous working experience in sizable property developers or agencies will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in leasing procedures and statutory requirements
• Familiar with current market condition and have proven market connection and network in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality with good leadership, analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
