MAIN PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible in creating and implementing strategies to expand the business, including identifying new market segments and opportunities; and he/she will conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build long-term relationships; so as to ensure the company’s offerings meet market demands and in driving growth and expanding market presence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILIES

  • Revenue Growth: Creating and implementing strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives to increase in revenue over a specific period.
  • Market Share: Identifying potential markets, clients; and the company's share of the market compared to competitors.
  • Customer Acquisition: Ability to acquire new customer(s)
  • Retention Rate: The percentage of clients who continue to do business with the company over time, and the changes of sales year over year.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

  • Business Strategy Development: To develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives; collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
  • Market Research: To analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry partners; negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business goals. Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to meet client specifications.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales and revenue. Assist in budgeting and forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business dealings. Work with legal teams to navigate contracts and agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Stay informed about current trends in the PCB, EMS, metal parts, tooling and modules, robotics, automation industries including pricing fluctuations, demand for recycled metals, and emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of key competitors and their market strategies is essential for positioning your company effectively
  • Strong Communication and with the ability to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Good in negotiation Skills and expertise in securing favorable terms and closing deals.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform business decisions; and skills in managing timelines, resources, and team collaboration.
