Senior Marketing Associate, Content & Social

What you’ll do:

• Create written and visual content for Klook’s Blog and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.) to drive awareness, traffic, engagements and interest with the brand
• Monitoring latest content trends and news; develop rich, engaging, inspiring and relevant content including but not limited to, attraction features, seasonal highlights, travel inspiration etc.
• Ideation and creation of reels content for Klook social media; working on creative social videos, IG stories, going live etc.
• Support SEO optimization of blog content with the aim of acquiring high-quality traffic and conversions
• Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
• Support the team on daily operation and seasonal campaigns

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Marketing,  Journalism, Communications or other relevant degrees
• 1-2 years’ hands on experience in social media and/or content marketing is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Native in Chinese, Business level in reading and writing in English is required
• Exceptional writing/ editing and communication skills in Chinese
• Strong sense and good understanding in digital and social media trends  (not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin…) and experience in reels content creation
• Basic knowledge of photo editing (Canva, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) & and video editing skills are advantages
• Interest in the travel industry
• Enthusiasm to work in a face-paced environment
• Knowledge in SEO & keyword tool is plus
