Senior Marketing Officer (Drugstore brands)

Duties

1. Planning, organizing and executing social & digital campaigns (including but not limited to website, social media, SEM, SEO)
2. Developing, managing and executing strategies digital marketing plans, market research, drive brand strategies, brand P/L and annual budget
3. Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers including production house and advertising agencies to ensure quality delivery of marketing collateral
4. Participate in identifying and developing new business strategies
5. Monitor competitors' marketing campaigns, industry trends and prepare performance reports
6. Provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or above
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in the cosmetics field or retail industry, agency experience also OK
3. Excellent communication skills. The knowledge of English and Mandarin would be desirable
4. Must be proactive, versatile, and innovative
5. Motivated and results-oriented, with a high degree of self-planning and management of priorities
