Senior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate meetings.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and marketing plans to ensure successful execution.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
• Design event collateral, such as brochures, banners, and digital content, to enhance event visibility.
• Event onsite support: Overseeing event setup, execution and breakdown. Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage agencies in marketing, public relations, vendors for events etc.
• Measure and report on event success metrics, including attendance, engagement, and ROI.
• Understand and stay abreast with new developments in Fintech and provide guidance to product development   and the identification of partnership and customers.
• Track, report and analyze key marketing metrics, engagement, growth performance indicators and other KPIs,       providing regular updates to management on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives based on data. 
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events management.
• Solid knowledge of fintech industry trends, Web 3.0, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing and public relations content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Open-minded, self-motivated, flexible, independent, professional and team player
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
