Senior Merchandiser - Lighting

Job Title: Senior Merchandiser - Lighting

In order to cope with our expanding business we are looking for below a suitable candidate to strengthen our team.

The job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Contact and follow up with factories about ongoing projects
• Liaise with customers about ongoing orders
• Monitor projects and take measures to keep tight deadlines
• Data input and order processing in the ERP system
• Discuss technical issues and product design improvements with the Sales & QA departments
• Attend meetings with our customers
• Follow further tasks given by the Department Head

Requirements:

• Working experience as Merchandiser of 2-3 years
• Experience in the Lighting industry
• Experience in dealing with Chinese factories
• Experience in liaising with buying offices
• Experience with order processing in ERP systems
• Reliable and detailed working attitude
• Language skills (in order of importance) - fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• MS Office proficiency
