Senior Merchandiser / Supervisor

• Strong knowledge in product sourcing, included Bathroom Furniture / Sanitary;
• Daily merchandising activities including project follow up, order management, sampling, packaging, supplier management, critical path management and on-time shipments etc;
• Monitor supplier performance and build long term working relationship;
• Develop new suppliers / factories;
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet customers' cost and quality requirements;
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers' quality requirements;
• Familiar with EU market;
• Organize and accompany buying / sourcing trips with customers;
• Maintain and update order-processing system;
• Perform other ad hoc duties;

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above;
• At least 4-6 years of experience in related products field;
• Independent and confident in communication with customers and vendors;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
• Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent working style;
• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / Photoshop) skills;
