(Senior) Public Relations Executive

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing counsel from a communication perspective to clients, mainly in the healthcare field
• Come up with media and omnichannel content strategies for an integrated marketing approach
• Establish and maintain media relationship with traditional and online media located in Hong Kong
• Execute media pitching and facilitate video interviews with healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, NGOs and patients
• Develop bilingual multimedia content, including but not limited to write-up of press materials, social media feeds, scripts for radio programs, podcast, and video etc.
• Collaborate with video crew to plan on feature video content and facilitate video production
• Plan and implement media events and online influencer marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationship and assist in advocacy work
• Research, media monitoring and prepare reports

Job Requirement

• University degree holder, preferably in Journalism, Communications or Marketing
• 2 to 3 year(s) of work experience in public relations, communications or media, candidates with less experiences might be titled as Public Relations Executive
• Previous work experiences in PR agencies would be an edge
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) is a must, with ability to write clear and compelling materials; Capability in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Chinese Word Processing and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Have a good eye on details, passion to learn, and an ability to prioritize work
