Project Title: Enhancing Professional and Vocational Education and Chinese Value-based Leadership: Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, and Capacity Building
[Appointment Period: 12 months]
The appointee will join a research project related to Vocational Education in higher education and senior secondary schools, including entrepreneurship in education, inclusion, cross sector collaboration, etc.
Responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive literature reviews, developing and refining algorithms, programming, and performing detailed data analysis. The appointee will also draft research reports and provide essential administrative support to the research team.
Applicants should have a Master’s Degree plus one year’s post Master’s degree full-time working experience or a PhD degree or above.
Preference will be given to applicants with good knowledge of how to run multilevel (ML) analysis by Mplus. Or Social Network analysis and the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. They should also be a good team player, attentive to details, highly self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
