Senior Safety Manager / Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, review and manage all OSH strategies and policies for company's operations
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident related performance and implement emergency safety plan to deal with these situations
• Conduct safety trainings for all construction sites, attend site safety meetings to ensure all safety inspection reports, safety notices and corresponding follow-up actions are carried out effectively in compliance of the standards
• Liaise with certified and regulatory bodies and co-ordinate across other departments to acquire and maintain the qualified certificates
• Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related disciplines
• HKSAR Labour Department Registered Safety Officer (RSO) and Registered Safety Auditor (RSA)
• Minimum 8 years or above relevant experience in construction works
• Excellent leadership with good project management, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in occupational safety & health regulations and practices in Hong Kong
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and under pressure
