Responsibilities

  • Assist in all corporate events; including annual conventions, seminars, in-house activities and trainings.
  • Assist Sales & Event Manager on sales administration works including reports consolidation, document filing, training materials preparation and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all activities (including various Company functions) as directed by supervisor are completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Provide logistics support for various activities, e.g. venue set up, meeting materials delivery.
  • Assist in organizing company training schedule with clients and work closely with supervisor to ensure all effective training administrations. 
  • Perform other duties and support ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
  • Required to perform shift duties if assigned

 

Requirements 

  • Degree holder preferably in business, marketing or related discipline
  • Excellent communications and coordination skills with influencing power   
  • Initiative, independent and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness
  • Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with positive thinking; establish/maintain rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism even under pressure and difficult situations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is preferred 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel applications, etc.
  • Experience in hosting online training is an advantage
  • Able to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally
  • At least 3 years solid experience in sales administration and event management support
