Who is this for?
An energetic, driven, and willing to work in a young & dynamic sales team. You will not have direct sales targets, and you will fully support the sales team in achieving their sales and performance objectives.
What you’ll be doing?
- Support the sales team to respond to clients timely, including lead assigning and managing response time
- Assist in new clients’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries by phone calls, WhatsApp or email
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing & deliveries
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales quotations and agreements
- Monitor the CRM system and support the sales team to achieve Sales KPI & performance
- Prepare sales-related reports
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- High diploma or degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience
- Having strong sales/CS experience is a big advantage
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese to interact with clients and internal departments by phone calls, email or WhatsApp
- Proficient in using CRM systems, G Suite / MS Office (especially Google Spreadsheet & Excel), other sales-related software & fast typing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and think outside the box
- Immediately available is preferred
