Senior Shipping Co-ordinator

Job Description

Small & well established garment import/export trading company in Sheung Wan, looking for an experienced Shipping Co-ordinator to independently handle the shipping department.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with freight forwarders/factories to handle shipments from China to overseas export destinations
• Prepare full set of sea freight export shipping documents to include invoices, packing lists, shipping orders etc
• Liaise with company accountant to manage supplier deposits & basic management of payment records
• Provide office, administrative & clerical support  
  
  Requirements:
   
• At least 10 years of experience in a shipping department handling sea freight shipments
• Able to handle all above tasks independently
• Must be very organized & responsible
• Must have experience with sea freight documents /able to manage basic payments
• Experience in garment fields is beneficial
• Willing to work in a small office setup (6 staff total)
