Senior Technicial Officer / Technicial Officer

(Working Location: Chai Wan)

Responsibilities: 

• To monitor property maintenance, building renovation and builders work
• To prepare the tender document of R & M builders work

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of building service installations, pumping and drainage system, and fire services system work at residential property
• Experience in property / facility management / fit-out work preferred
• To carry out duties as directed by Property Manager
• To prepare and control technical budget
• Good communication skills with all levels
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge in PC applications including MS Excel and Word
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, with good communication skill
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Technical Officer
