Senior Training Officer

Requirement :

• Degree holder in HR Management/Training & Development or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in retail industry
• Solid experience in conducting training program in customer service and selling skills is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Mature, detail minded, initiative and able to work under pressure

Job Duties:

• Identify training needs, implement & deliver training programs such as company orientation, product knowledge, customer service and VM training to retail staff
• Design, develop, review and enhance the training materials
• Monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of training program periodically
